ISAP India Foundation and Indigram Labs Foundation have finalised a shared Vision and Mission, together with a fully mapped Theory of Change for each organisation — a six-pillar framework for ISAP India Foundation and a four-pillar framework for Indigram Labs Foundation — setting out the path from today’s work to the change both organisations want to see in rural India by 2040.
VISION OF CHANGE
By 2040, sustainable livelihoods and enterprise transform rural communities across India into a place of opportunity for all.
MISSION
Creating sustainable prosperity for rural communities and their institutions by unlocking access to markets, technology and knowledge.
Each organisation’s Theory of Change traces a clear pathway from today’s activities to long-term outcomes and impact.
ISAP INDIA FOUNDATION
ISAP India Foundation’s programme is organised around six strategic pillars — Farmer Capacity Building & Advisory; FPO & Rural Institution Strengthening; Market Linkage & Value Chain Development; Climate-Smart Agriculture & NRM; Rural Enterprise, Livelihood Diversification, Women & Youth; and Agri-Tech, Innovation & Incubation through Indigram Labs. Together, they chart a path to smallholder farmers earning higher, stable incomes; climate-resilient agriculture; and strong, self-reliant rural institutions and communities by 2040.
INDIGRAM LABS FOUNDATION
Indigram Labs Foundation’s pathway runs across four pillars — Startup Pipeline; Funding & Investment; Mentorship, Market Access & Linkages; and Scaling, Exits & Alumni Network — anchored on a headline goal of 200 Children-of-Farmer Enterprises (COFEs) by 2028. It aims to turn children of farmers into aspirational entrepreneurs, building an enterprise-led, technology-enabled agricultural ecosystem that reaches millions of farming households.
