ISAP India Foundation: Strategic Consultancy Engagement

P-Green Solutions is pleased to announce a new strategic consultancy engagement with ISAP India Foundation, facilitated through Indigram Labs Foundation. The six-month engagement, running from April to September 2026, will support ISAP as it strengthens its organizational strategy and institutional capacity while building on 25 years of grassroots impact.

Under this engagement, our team will work closely with ISAP’s leadership across four areas:

• Vision, Mission & Theory of Change: reviewing and articulating ISAP’s vision and mission, and developing a comprehensive Theory of Change document mapping the organization’s pathways to impact.
• Impact Assessment: identifying and engaging qualified research partners to conduct a broad-level assessment of ISAP’s work over the past 25 years, and developing the frameworks and methodology to guide it.
• Donor Engagement Strategy: providing strategic advisory on donor landscape mapping and supporting the development of project concepts and proposals aligned with ISAP’s priorities.
• Capacity Building: designing and delivering training workshops, toolkits, and reference materials for ISAP’s leadership and field teams to strengthen programmatic approaches and donor communication.

This engagement builds on P-Green Solutions earlier work with Indigram Labs Foundation on the COFE Startup Implementation Program Proposal, and reflects our continued focus on strategic planning, impact measurement, and capacity building for mission-driven organizations across India’s development sector.
